For naturally glowing skin it is always important to eat and drink well. Today I am sharing a recipe for my famous glowing skin salad. This salad contains some of the best ingredients to achieve great skin like avocados, red peppers, strawberries,tomatoes olive oil and more. Incorporating colorful veggies and fruit to your diet is the best way to healthy skin.
2 medium avocados
1 red pepper chopped
1/2 yellow pepper chopped
3 large strawberries chopped
2 mediun roma totmatoes seeded and chopped
2 small green onions thinly sliced
1 handful cilantro chopped
2 thin slices seeded jalapeno chillies chopped
1 large clove garlic minced
juice from half a small lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
– Gently Mix all ingredients except avocados in a large bowl making sure all ingredients are coated in olive oil.
– add the cubed avocado on top, drizzle with a little olive oil and serve.
