Sushi: A healthy take out option

We don’t order out a lot in our home mostly because we like to cook and also ordering out can get very expensive. There are times when you have had a busy day at work and the last thing you want to do is cook, these are the days when we decide to order take out. When ordering takeout you still have the option to eat healthy and it doesn’t always have to be pizza fried chicken. If you are watching your weight or simply eating clean there are many restaurants that provide healthy options. One of our favorite takeout options is sushi. The benefit of ordering sushi is that it is low in calories, a good source of protein and its delicious.

  1. I completely agree with you! Sushi is one of my favourite meals, and is definitely on the healthier side of take out. I usually have it if I didn’t have time to bring a lunch 🙂

  2. Sushi is my FAVORITE!!! I love going out to eat it and coming home and ordering it for delivery! I love sashimi, kama, hand rolls, etc!! SO GOOD 🙂
