Chopped yellow onion

chopped Persian cucumbers

sliced mini bell peppers

Fresh Arugula

Green onion sliced

Curry powder

Hidden Valley Bacon Cheddar Dressing

Olive Oil
Instructions
Heat a large pan, add olive oil and sauté onions and curry powder. Once onions have softened add rinsed and drained black beans and cook for another 2 minutes.
Top warmed tortillas with arugula, peppers, green onion, beans and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
