Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Hood Calorie Countdown Beverage
  • 1/2 cup Chia seeds
  • 1 Banana
  • 1cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 2tbsp Honey
  • 1cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2cup Fresh sweet blueberries
Instructions
  1. Add strawberries, banana, honey and Hood Beverage to a blander and blend until smooth.
  2. Add Chia seeds to Hood Beverage mixture and stir till well combined. Let mixture stand for 15 minutes, stir again and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Even better when kept overnight.
  3. Layer, with plain yogurt, sliced strawberries and blueberries. Enjoy!
