The most difficult part of sticking to my fitness regime is maintaining a healthy diet with my hectic schedule. I’m always trying to pack as much nutritious goodness into my breakfast, especially on my busy days. This usually means one of my favorite things in the world, chia puddings! They are a life saver because of their easiness to make and health benefits. All you need to do is mix the chia seeds with a liquid, let sit for a bit and you are good to go.

The key to making a tasty chia pudding is to use the right liquid. Almond and cashew milk are some good options but my favorite is Hood Calorie Countdown Dairy Beverage. This dairy beverage is made by mixing filtered milk with water, cream and other ingredients for a yummy and creamy drink that is perfect for a chia pudding. You also get the benefits of less sugar, fewer carbs and calories which is plus.

Hood Calorie Countdown Dairy Beverage is ideal if you’re limiting your carb intake like me; it has 75% less carbs than traditional whole milk with 42% less sugar. Since I have been using Hood products I have become more conscious what I put in my body and with the wedding coming I have to stay in great shape.

Other reasons to love Hood Calorie Countdown:

  • It tastes great and is good for you! Hard to find a beverage like it with a creamy taste.
  • It comes in different varieties that cater to any diet including reduced fat, fat-free, whole and a chocolate flavor.
  • Hood Calorie countdown is made from good quality milk. You will love that no artificial growth hormones are used as pledged by the farmers.
  • It is affordable and easy to find. You do not have to break the bank or travel to a faraway heath shop to enjoy the goodness of Calorie Countdown. Calorie Countdown can be found at your nearest Walmart or neighborhood grocery store. Click this coupon link to save on your next Calorie Countdown purchase.
