Strawberry Banana Oatmeal with Hood Calorie Countdown

Looking at the calendar, I cannot believe we are in the month of March which means only 6 months until the wedding. I have been doing pretty good so far sticking to my wellness routine including eating well and living a balanced life.

One rule that I always follow in my wellness routine is to have a good breakfast in the morning. Oatmeal is my go to breakfast item because of its health benefits but since oatmeal is not great by itself, I pay close attention to what I add to my oatmeal. Hood Calorie Countdown Dairy Beverage has become a major player in my oatmeal game and my body is loving it. With fewer calories and great taste I feel like I am not compromising anything.

So here is why I’m so much into the Hood Calorie Countdown Dairy Beverage. First of all, it comes in Whole, 2%, Fat Free and a fun chocolate flavor which means that there is an option for any diet. Hood Calorie Countdown has 42% fewer, 75% less sugar and 67% fewer carbs than milk. In addition, it gives 25% of your daily value calcium and 15% of your daily value for vitamin D per one cup based on 2000 calorie diet.

I am always very weary of low-calorie products when it comes to taste but the Hood Calorie Countdown beverage is very creamy and tasty. What they do is blend ultra-filtered milk with water, cream and other ingredients to create the yummy and creamy taste. I also like knowing that it is made by Hood which is well-known for their high quality dairy products. You could rest well knowing that the dairy beverage is not made with milk that contains artificial hormones. I could go on and on but all you have to do is try it and you will see why I like this product.
