Perfect omelet recipe
extra large eggs
bacon cooked and chopped
about 1 tsp
PAM spray pump olive oil
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and a tsp of water.
Spray the pan with Pam spray pump olive oil. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
Pour the eggs into the skillet and turn the heat down to medium-low. Once the eggs are almost set, add the fillings (bacon, spinach and feta) on one side.
Flip the empty half of the omelette over the fillings and cook for another minute and serve
