There are so many yogurt brands out there and I think I have tried them all but always find myself going back to Siggi’s yogurt. I love my yogurt to be very thick, low in sugar and free of artificial ingredients. Siggi’s has all the qualities that I look for in a yogurt and I am glad to have it as the product spotlight. Last week I was very excited when I was invited to a Siggi’s breakfast for dinner event were we tried so many fun ways to use yogurt.
A group of nutritionists and bloggers attended the event and we all participated in creating a dish that included Siggi’s yogurt. My favorite was shredded coconut kale salad which I will be making and sharing with you soon.
My group was responsible for making the flatbread pizza topped with seasonal vegetables, ricotta cheese, plain yogurt, parmesan cheese and more. This is way to use yogurt I never thought about but will most certainly do again.
Yogurt is always great in smoothies. I loved this easy recipe with 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup frozen mango, 1/2 frozen pineapple, 1/2 cup coconut water and 1/4 cup Siggi’s coconut yogurt. Just blend all the ingredients till smooth in a blender and you are good to go.
This is such a simple idea and kicking myself for not having done this before. Slice an apple into 1/4 inch slices and spread some Siggi’s yogurt and top with your favorite granola.
