Kitchen Favorites: The Precooked & Packaged Round-up part 2

So excited to be back after my long wedding break. The wedding was absolutely amazing and I still can’t get over the fact that I am a married woman now. It is such a great feeling especially when you have found the right mate to spend your life with.

After the popularity of the last precooked and packaged round-up I decided to do another one. I relied on some of these items during my wedding month as I was busy running around and did not have time to cook everyday. As I said before, even experienced cooks take shortcuts and here at Spoons and Stilettos we like to keep it real.

Annie Chun's Korean Style Sweet Chili noodle bowl

The first packaged meal we have today is Annie Chun’s Korean Style Sweet Chili noodle bowl. The Sweet Chili flavor has the perfect amount of heat and sweetness which I love.

I know what you are thinking, what is so special about these noodles. Well these are definitely a step up from those ramen noodles you had in college. Annie Chun’s noodle bowls are Non-GMO Project Verified and Vegan. They come in a variety of flavors and are the perfect option for a work lunch or a light meal as they are ready in about 2 mins. You can easily find them on Amazon in a six-pack or single package.

Freschetta Naturally Rising Crust Pizza

The next item in our round-up is Freschetta Naturally Rising Crust Pizza. Like most people, I like to order pizza from a pizza shop but there are times when delivery is not available. Besides, it is way cheaper and the pizza is always nice and hot when you make it at home.

Freschetta Pizza is one of the best frozen pizzas out there and is worth a try. Their preservative free pizza dough is made fresh and the toppings are made with high quality ingredients and only real cheese is used. I have only tried the pepperoni pizza but I am looking forward to trying the brick oven mushroom and spinach flavor. Find it at your local grocery store in the freezer section.

Stirrings Organic Margarita Mix

This time around we have a drink mix in the round-up. One thing the hubby and I like to do is make cocktails at home on weekends. We usually make them from scratch but there are times when we just want to head straight for the couch with a drink in hand without the hassle.

Usually i’m not a fan of drink mixes because of their high sugar content and large amount of preservatives and unknown ingredients. When I heard that Stirrings had an organic margarita mix I decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! This drink mix tastes as good a the real deal and is absolutely a huge time saver. It is made with organic lime juice, organic cane sugar, agave nectar which is why I love it. You can find it on the Stirrings Website and select locations is Massachusetts and New Jersey.

There you have it, our second precooked and packaged round-up. I hope you will get to try some of these Spoons and Stilettos approved food and drinks. Happy Eating!
